1. Can you offer good price with fine quality also?
Yes. Without quality, we cannot win the long-term market and customers. Quality is our responsibility. We must produce and thoroughly test every machine because we always expect long-term business. Regarding the price, we are not sure if it is the lowest or highest, but we will offer a reasonable price. We don’t want heavy profits — we want an acceptable price for you, and we expect larger quantities of sales for different wood machines.
2. Will we be protected if we pay for the orders?
Yes. We have exported over $1,000,000 worth of different woodworking machines every year. After receiving the payment, we will produce and ship to you without delay. It is about honesty and reputation. We understand that after you pay, you want to see the machines soon and start using them. We will send you videos for confirmation before you pay the balance.
3.What’s your warranty? Can you do more service for us? We wish to be protected after purchasing the machine.
We are pleased to provide continuous after-sales service. Within 12 months, if any spare parts are broken, we will send new ones free of charge. We will help solve any problems when you use the machine at any time. Don’t worry — we keep support available 24 hours for all customers. We must help make solutions within 48 hours.
4. What’s your production time? We want faster shipping time also.
Most machines are in stock. Some machines need about 7-10 days to produce. Custom machines need about 25-30 days. We always try to make fast shipment. The actual shipping time depends on the shipping company.

C. If needed, a professional engineer can go to your plant to set up the machine until it operates well.
